At P. Louise Cosmetics, we want you to be obsessed with your kit, but we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact. For hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
